Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT leader to partner with business units, drive SAP FI/CO deployments, and guide technical design, configuration, and testing across global deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, evaluating third-party software, and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions. ABAP and S/4HANA exposure, strong SDLC/Agile experience, and excellent communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years IT experience supporting SAP FI/CO modules and integrations with SD and MM.
• 5+ years ABAP programming experience with SAP Financial Configuration, Integrations and related processes.
• 5+ years of developing RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Knowledge of SAP ECC tables related to General Ledger, Closing, Tax, A/R, AP, and related modules.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders as liaison between IT and leadership for assigned units or vendors.
• Lead Financials related to SAP deployments and continuous improvements globally.
• Develop and execute test plans for infrastructure, security, systems development, and configuration.
• Lead design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance processes across the ERP platform.
• Engage in POC for feasibility studies and vendor evaluations.
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture designs, integration requirements, and specification documents.
• Develop RICEW technical solutions based on business requirements and architecture.
• Establish and conduct training on SAP functionality.
• Deliver SAP applications with end-to-end test case scenarios and data for unit testing.
• Adhere to change management and service management policies.
