Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring for a SAP/IT Lead to drive financials, SAP deployment, and system enhancements across global operations. You will design, test, and implement SAP solutions, coordinate with vendors, and lead POC efforts to improve business processes and information flows.

The role requires hands-on ABAP development, SAP configuration, and strong project management skills within an ERP environment. Excellent communication in a global, on-site setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; exceptional experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years IT experience with SAP FI/CO modules and SAP integrations.
• 5+ years ABAP programming and SAP configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a liaison between IT and leadership for assigned units or vendors.
• Lead Financials related to SAP deployments, design, configuration, development, and support.
• Develop and execute test plans for infrastructure and SAP configurations.
• Lead design sessions for prototyping new systems across the ERP platform.
• Engage in POC activities to evaluate third-party software and vendors.
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture designs and integration requirements.
• Develop RICEW components based on business requirements within the architecture.
• Provide training on SAP functionality to users and teams.
• Deliver SAP applications with end-to-end test cases and data for unit testing.
• Adhere to change and service management policies; report progress and risks.
• Prioritize work requests and estimate upcoming projects and enhancements.
• Assess opportunities for continuous improvements in processes and metrics.
