Job summary

Sigga is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to lead Empower design for global customers, applying SAP PM and EAM expertise to replace paper-based maintenance with AI-enabled workflows and mobile solutions.

You will conduct onsite discovery, map current maintenance processes, develop to-be designs, defend decisions to operations and IT leadership, and travel up to 50% across North America, with potential for EMEA/APAC engagement as accounts require.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance floor background with refinery/plant experience.
• 5+ years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting and onsite assessments.
• Proven ability to move a site from paper work orders to mobile maintenance execution.
• Experience defining security roles and access for maintenance systems.
• Able to present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives.

Responsibilities

• Digitization and AI enablement: apply Empower AI solutions to customer workflows.
• Own Empower design per account: work order execution, notifications, and material handling.
• Conduct onsite discovery and workshops; produce design documents.
• Defend design decisions to operations and IT leadership.
• Travel globally to live accounts and validate designs against operations.
