Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. is seeking a SAP Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end SAP support for After Sales and Services, including CRM, CPQ, and order fulfillment. You will work within an international team, building a strong user community and aligning business processes with IT architecture.

The role requires SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across sales, IT, and production. On-site in Farmington, CT with global project exposure.

Qualifications

• 5 years SAP experience in a multinational environment.
• Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/Technology
• Graduate degree preferred or comparable working experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end, 2nd level process support for SAP and related ERP modules.
• Consult for Sales processes including CRM, CPQ and SAP Order Fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
• Build the Global Business Application Key User community and serve as a link to IT Architects.
