Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced BI leader to drive the enterprise BI strategy across SAP Datasphere, SAC, and Business Data Cloud. You will enable business users through training, design and deliver analytics, and own the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global stakeholders within Bruker’s BI Competence Center and coordination of external partners when needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise BI, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAC, and SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, including planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to define analytics strategies, data architectures, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy and roadmap for SAC, Datasphere, and BDC.
• Enable business users on Self-Service BI through training and coaching.
• Develop reporting and analytics using SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Analytics, and SAC.
• Own full solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders as part of the BI Competence Center.
• Monitor and coordinate external implementation partners when required.
