Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation Medicine is recruiting a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support the Beacon ERP Finance System within the R&D division. The ideal candidate will be based at a J&J office in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA, with travel as required.

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will coordinate and lead global activities across financial close, master data, system security, and interface management for Beacon SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience required.
• Interest in finance technology or ERP systems required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global financial close activities in SAP Beacon.
• Lead master data management and data integrity initiatives.
• Manage SAP security and role design to meet organizational needs.
• Act as liaison between Finance and Beacon IT COE for changes and testing.
• Oversee data interface reconciliations and SOX compliance controls.
• Participate in system implementation, integration and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and improvements.
