Nasdaq is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Analytics team in Atlanta. You’ll manage and develop Salesforce to support a global user base, solving business challenges, improving platform adoption, and helping teams make data-driven decisions.

You’ll thrive as a self-starter who builds scalable solutions and partners across teams to turn complex problems into clean, efficient outcomes. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as Salesforce Administrator with current certification.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce environment including daily triage, permissions, data updates, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain platform solutions including flows, validation rules, and complex reports to improve efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to shape the Salesforce roadmap and align capabilities with business needs.
• Analyze root causes, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organization.
• Uphold standards for data security, audit compliance, and platform governance.
