Job summary

Roku is seeking a Program Manager, Sales & Retail Operations in California to own a portfolio spanning sales planning, onboarding, and international expansion. You will set roadmaps, manage cadence, surface risks, and align Sales, Retail Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and regional teams to deliver end-to-end programs.

You’ll leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and document decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or project management, sales operations, retail or channel operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
Experience with cross-functional programs end to end and governance.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of sales and retail operations programs from intake through launch and benefits realization.
Lead end-to-end onboarding of retailers and channel partners with setup, data feeds, forecasting, and readiness.
Manage forecasting and planning cadences with Sales Operations and Retail Strategy.
Drive international programs across regions and partner with HQ functions.
Identify dependencies, risks, and drive executive-aligned decisions.
