Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Sales Operations to lead the global sales operations strategy and cadence, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role focuses on forecasting, opportunity management, governance, and continuous improvement across regions, with frequent interaction at the executive level to align commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales operations, channel management, or revenue operations within complex, global environments.
• Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region organizations and managing leaders at scale.
• Deep expertise in global sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, and operating model governance.
• Strong enterprise-level communication skills with ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the global sales operations strategy with scalable operating models.
• Drive enterprise-level sales and customer service process optimization to reduce friction and boost productivity.
• Own the global sales operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and performance standards.
• Oversee and govern the global sales technology ecosystem (CRM, ERP, analytics).
• Provide executive leadership on regional forecasts and BU alignment to optimize revenue.
