Job summary

L&T Semiconductor Technologies in Austin, TX seeks a Sales Director to lead global sales for wireless communication modules, RF products and connectivity solutions across IoT, automotive, industrial and consumer markets.

You will drive growth through strategic customer engagement, win new designs and expand markets for LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi, GNSS and satellite connectivity, collaborating with product, engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales/business development in wireless, RF, semiconductor, telecom or embedded systems industries.
Strong understanding of cellular connectivity tech (NB-IoT, LTE-M, 4G/LTE, 5G, private networks).
Proven track record delivering revenue growth, partnerships and design wins with global customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for communication modules, RF products and wireless connectivity solutions.
Drive revenue growth across IoT, automotive, industrial, healthcare and consumer markets.
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, ODMs, Tier-1s, operators, distributors and partners.
Secure new design wins for LTE, NB-IoT, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS and satellite solutions.
Identify market opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
Lead customer engagements from opportunity identification through design-in and ramp-up.
Collaborate with product, engineering and manufacturing to deliver differentiated solutions.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing, negotiations and long-term growth.
