Job summary

Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. seeks a Global Safety Program Lead, Senior Director responsible for the safety strategy, delivery, and oversight of assets. You will lead safety experts, ensure high-quality safety content, and drive regulatory interactions globally.

You will manage Safety teams, align safety with GPT strategy, and provide strategic safety knowledge across clinical programs, ensuring compliance with PV standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or equivalent in biomedicine or science.
• Proven track record leading clinical safety delivery and strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and delivery for assigned asset(s).
• Oversee Safety & Strategy Management Team (SSaMT) and Safety Surveillance Team.
• Represent safety in governance forums and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor and manage safety physicians/scientists and drive study safety design.
