Job summary

Jobtailor in Framingham, MA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Global Safety & Security operations. You will help streamline projects between the GSS Team and the Global Safety & Security Center, learn platforms, and support technology integrations.

You will analyze social media platform rules for open-source intelligence, review case management and KPI reporting with Power BI and Salesforce, and research global locations to support travel security services.

• Assist in streamlining critical projects between the GSS Team and the Global Safety & Security Center to improve processes and documentation


• Learn and understand existing technology platforms to identify and develop future protocols and best practices


• Support the integration of new technologies, including global travel security assessment and incident management tools


• Analyze current social media platform rules and regulations to enhance open source intelligence research capabilities


• Review case management platforms and determine future roadmaps and standard operating procedures


• Assist in developing and improving KPI and metric reporting using Power BI and Salesforce


• Research countries and cities worldwide to support Global Travel Security Services


• Review GSS training content and materials and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Interest in corporate security, safety, law enforcement, technology and systems


• Criminal justice or similar concentration preferred


• Previous work experience in retail preferred


• Excellent relationship development skills and cross functional collaboration


• Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills


• Self-motivator and ability to prioritize projects


• Demonstrated experience in a multi-tasked environment
