iManage seeks a Controller to own global accounting operations, reporting to the CFO, and lead Accounting and Accounts Payable. You will build a high-performing team, strengthen controls, and partner across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Commercial Ops, and IT to scale the financial backbone of a SaaS company.

You will drive the close, consolidation, and reporting processes, manage external audits, and ensure US GAAP compliance. This role demands leadership and strategic financial thinking.

Qualifications

• CPA licensure and US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 for SaaS.
• Experience building internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Proven ability to manage external audits and lead teams.
• Strong communication with executives and the board.

Responsabilités

• Own global accounting close process and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Lead Accounting and Accounts Payable teams and drive process improvements.
• Partner with Internal Audit to maintain strong control environment.
• Manage external audit from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with CFO, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and IT on reporting and systems.
• Drive automation and AI tools to improve accuracy and speed.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and local reporting where applicable.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing accounting organization.

10+ years accounting experience
