Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an ISC transformation leader to drive S/4 design adoption and value realization across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

You will partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and process leaders to shape, validate, and deploy the global design while balancing standardization with operational needs. This role sits in one of several Honeywell locations and offers broad cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lean, PMO, or 6 Sigma experience.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with centralized programs.

Responsibilities

• Own ISC transformation governance and value realization across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Lead deployment and site readiness for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and process leaders to shape global design and deployment.
• Drive fit-to-standard adoption and standardization, surfacing gaps and resolving trade-offs.
• Establish and manage program cadence, governance forums, and executive reporting.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, risk management, and cross-functional decision making.
• Support change management activities and training as part of the rollout.
