Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, MIS or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience in a cross-industry national practice.
• CPA/CISA/CISSP/CIA or CISM certification preferred.
• Experience with Excel and advanced data analysis tools (Alteryx, Python, SQL), data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and Generative AI.
• Experience leading a global team and managing multiple audits concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple domestic and international royalty and contract compliance audits from planning through reporting.
• Oversee third-party reviews and manage a diverse portfolio of engagements.
• Interpret agreements, assess risks, and identify recovery opportunities.
• Direct fieldwork and testing of sales, royalties, and related records with clear status updates.
• Build relationships with clients, licensees, and internal teams; coordinate kick-off meetings and findings.
• Use data analytics to identify non-compliance, develop dashboards, and report to stakeholders.
• Prepare audit reports and executive summaries; support negotiations and settlements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit staff; support recruitment and methodology improvements.
