Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of cross-industry national-level experience in a consulting practice.
• CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA or CISM certification preferred.
• Experience with Excel; familiarity with Alteryx, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple domestic and international royalty and contract compliance audits from planning through reporting.
• Oversee third-party reviews and manage a diverse portfolio of engagements.
• Interpret licensing and royalty agreements; assess risks; identify recovery opportunities.
• Direct fieldwork, perform testing of sales, deductions, reserves, and controls; provide status updates.
• Build relationships with clients, licensees, legal, finance, and internal teams; coordinate kick-off meetings.
• Prepare audit reports and executive summaries; support negotiations and settlements; ensure quality standards.
