Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Six to eight years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (Sales, Training, Marketing) or related experience.
Experience in Medical Device Education (internal or external) is required.
Project management experience is required.
High technological and business aptitude is required.
Influence management and communication skills are required.
Ability to develop and manage internal and external networks is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Education, Marketing, R&D and external partners to develop training assets for safe, efficacious use of robotic systems.
Deliver hands-on education to surgical teams on setup, use and teardown of the OTTAVA Surgical System.
Develop metrics to track education program efficacy and effectiveness.
Develop global faculty and lead curriculum development groups.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate training technologies and models.
Refine educational content using customer insights and VoC feedback.
Maximize integration with LMS and event management systems.
Lead WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.
