Responsibilities include risk assessments across programs, developing AI-driven monitoring, and presenting executive reports with ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience translating risk problems into data/AI solutions.
• Understanding of model risk management, responsible AI, data governance, privacy, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide decision support for new verticals and markets with guardrails for revenue growth.
• Identify process bottlenecks; implement automation and policy simplification.
• Lead AI-enabled risk operations with governance and measurable performance baselines.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML risk monitoring and control testing.
• Produce executive-ready reporting including ROI analyses and total cost of ownership for AI capabilities.
• Train staff on AI-enabled risk practices and responsible AI principles.
