Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience translating risk problems into data/AI solutions.
• Understanding of model risk management, responsible AI, data governance, privacy, and security.
• Experience with risk analytics, KPI/KRI frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation.
• Project-oriented and able to manage multiple complex initiatives with overtime when needed.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide decision support for new verticals/markets/partners with guardrails for revenue growth.
• Identify process bottlenecks; implement automation to reduce friction and speed decisions.
• Ensure risk program objectives are met, including risk assessment, response coordination, and testing.
• Lead integration of AI solutions into risk operations with governance and baselines.
• Review events and loss drivers; advise on remediation and preventive controls including AI insights.
• Perform risk assessments across Data Protection, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Risk Programs.
• Document risk analyses and controls; evaluate design and drive improvement, including AI monitoring.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to mitigate risks and embed AI-enabled monitoring.
• Track and resolve issues; implement dashboards and alerts for AI model and process performance.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory AI/ML guidance relevant to financial services and payments.
• Produce executive-ready reporting including ROI analyses and total cost of ownership for AI data capabilities.
• Provide training and change management on AI-enabled risk practices and responsible AI concepts.
• Other related duties as needed.
