Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of work experience; experience coordinating programs or complex administrative processes preferred.
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer travel registration, documentation, and approval processes for University-sponsored travel.
• Monitor compliance with international travel and program requirements; maintain records and identify potential issues.
• Assist with risk reviews, prepare summaries, and monitor country conditions.Develop training materials and communication resources for global risk and compliance.
• Support corrective actions and documentation related to compliance concerns and incidents.
