Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience in remuneration, compensation, or workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting remuneration and workforce data.
• Curiosity and confidence using data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies.
• Awareness of pay transparency, pay equity, and skills-based pay trends.
• Experience benchmarking market remuneration and supporting annual reviews/governance.
