Job summary

Circana is seeking a Vice President, Global Revenue Operations & Accounting to lead the global Order-to-Cash function and drive excellence across the revenue lifecycle. You will oversee billing, cash application, collections, and revenue accounting while ensuring compliant, scalable, and automated processes.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in revenue operations, strong ASC 606 knowledge, and experience leading global teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading managers and global teams.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with NetSuite ARN and billing systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and revenue automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global revenue cycle including recognition, billing, collections, and reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/annual close activities with proper journal entries.
• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operating model and process improvements.
• Partner with Commercial, IT, and FP&A to optimize customer experience and working capital.
• Develop KPIs and analytics to drive revenue performance and cash conversion.
• Collaborate with auditors on revenue recognition and controls requirements.
