Job summary

SEI seeks a Manager of Global Retirement and Savings to own the retirement, savings, ESPP, and EIP programs across regions. You will drive governance, data‑driven decisions, and vendor accountability while improving employee financial wellbeing.

The role requires 7+ years in Total Rewards or retirement programs, plus strong US 401(k) knowledge and cross‑border experience. SEI offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in retirement/savings/Total Rewards with hands‑on plan administration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. 401(k) administration, ERISA governance, audits, and vendor management.
• Experience with non‑U.S. retirement programs preferred across regions.
• Familiarity with ESPP and employee investment plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global retirement and savings programs focusing on compliance, engagement, and affordability.
• Evaluate plan design, governance, vendor performance, and market trends; translate to leadership.
• Maintain global framework, inventory of plans, and compliance obligations.
