Job summary

SEI Corporation seeks a Manager of Global Retirement and Savings to own the company’s retirement and employee investment programs, including U.S. 401(k), ESPP, and EIP.

The role spans North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific, combining governance with hands-on execution and vendor accountability. You will lead strategy, compliance, and operations across global programs, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to enable financial wellbeing for employees and scalable,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive retirement, savings, or Total Rewards experience with hands-on plan administration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. 401(k) administration, ERISA governance, plan compliance, audits, testing, and vendor management.
• Experience with non-U.S. retirement programs across North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific is preferred.
• Experience with ESPP, employee investment plans, equity-related programs, or financial wellbeing programs is preferred.
• Ability to work lean in a global function with strategic thinking and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead global retirement and savings programs focusing on compliance, wellbeing, and affordability.
• Oversee U.S. 401(k) plan governance, vendor coordination, and participant experience.
• Support fiduciary documentation, audits, testing, and Form 5500 filings.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors on plan requirements.
• Drive program modernization, automation, and education initiatives.
