Job summary

You will ensure reticle quality, tool availability, and process stability, collaborating with Photo process teams, Manufacturing, IT, and Quality to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven solutions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as Equipment Owner with Reticle/Photo Equipment.
• BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify industry-leading reticle equipment in our new cleanroom.
• Reticle equipment sustainment: maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related production issues.
• Use project management to complete milestones closing hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive equipment metrics.
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
