• Lead the conception and execution of retail strategy initiatives and special projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross–functional partners to ensure alignment and seamless implementation.
• Analyze retail performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, testing new concepts and iterating based on learnings to maximize impact and support the needs and growth of the business.
• Build and nurture relationships across retail, regional, and worldwide teams, fostering a culture of shared ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with the team to identify process and workflow opportunities, and support the creation and streamlining of ways of working that improve efficiency, strengthen execution, and keep the business moving forward successfully.
