Job summary

Intel is seeking a Global Program Manager for Retail Engagement & Training Excellence to lead the retail advocacy strategy and program execution across internal and external teams and partners. The role includes driving measurable sales growth through best-in-class retail engagement, training, and data-driven decision making, including the Intel Retail Edge Program (IREP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/PM with 6+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams and KPI development.
• Demonstrated retail and/or sales knowledge to drive training and internal/external alignment.
• Flexibility to work across time zones with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail training and advocacy strategy with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and external teams.
• Oversee a portfolio of retail training programs, ensuring timely execution against scope and objectives.
• Define and track KPIs that link program activities to outcomes (revenue growth, sales lift, engagement).
• Lead executive reviews with transparency into health, risks, and financial performance.
• Enable coordinated execution across in-store, online, and training-driven engagement programs.
