Job summary

Intel in the United States, California, Folsom is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead retail advocacy and training initiatives across internal and external teams. The role drives sales growth through engagement, data-driven decisions, and a best-in-class training ecosystem, including the Intel Retail Edge Program (IREP).

You will manage a portfolio of retail training programs, partner with sales, marketing, and external teams, and translate consumer priorities into actionable enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional programs with budget oversight.
• Retail and/or sales knowledge to align training with key milestones.
• Deliver results within scope, schedule, and budget, across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail training/advocacy strategy with key stakeholders.
• Define KPIs to measure execution and business outcomes such as revenue growth and sales lift.
• Oversee a portfolio of training programs ensuring scope, timelines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate resources and training assets across in-store, online, and events.
• Provide regular leadership updates on program health, risks, and ROI.
