Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, economics, operations, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence platforms, with demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies across assigned portfolios.
• Lead global sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation and supplier governance.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SLAs, pricing structures, leases, consulting agreements, and other contracts.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Manage strategic supplier performance through KPIs, business reviews, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze spend, market intelligence, and total cost of ownership to identify value opportunities.
• Deliver measurable cost savings, supplier consolidation, and operational efficiencies.
