You will own the asset strategy, drive format innovation, capital discipline, and end-to-end execution across markets, ensuring ROI for franchisees while advancing the brand. In a world shifting to off-premises, delivery, and digital ordering, this role defines right-sized restaurants, throughput optimization, and omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of off-premises growth and delivery economics.
• 8–12+ years of design experience across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to lead multi-market development pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic roadmap for international restaurant formats and asset innovation.
• Translate trends into next-gen prototypes that reduce footprint and speed up dev.
• Oversee development pipeline, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with franchisees, architects, and regulators to ensure on-time openings.
• Drive omnichannel, digital ordering, and kitchen automation initiatives.
