Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking an Expert staff-level leader in Global Responsible Sourcing to drive responsible sourcing initiatives across procurement, supply chain, legal, and sustainability.

You will align stakeholders, build scalable processes, and translate regulatory and human rights requirements into practical business solutions. The role requires senior collaboration across functions and engagement with customers and external partners to strengthen HP's responsible sourcing strategy and risk

Qualifications

• Public Affairs, policy analysis, advocacy strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Human rights, labor standards, living wage, responsible recruitment, and forced labor prevention.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic responsible sourcing and due diligence programs, translating evolving business, customer, regulatory, and stakeholder expectations into scalable requirements, governance processes, and operational solutions.
• Drives cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and Communications to develop and implement responsible sourcing priorities.
• Owns the development, governance, and continuous improvement of responsible sourcing policies, standards, supplier requirements, and related management systems to support risk management, regulatory readiness, and customer expectations.
• Leads complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategy through execution, establishing clear operating models, decision-making processes, accountability mechanisms, and performance measures.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders, translating complex topics into practical business guidance and customer-facing messaging.
• Develops executive-ready recommendations, briefings, and communications for informed decisions on risks, regulatory developments, and strategic priorities.
• Supports customer engagement on responsible sourcing matters, coordinating cross-functional responses to inquiries, due diligences, audits, and escalations.
• Monitors trends and regulatory developments, converting insights into implementation plans and priorities.
• Provides leadership in ambiguous situations, balancing objectives with risk and executing sustainable outcomes.
