HP Inc. is seeking an Expert staff-level Responsible Sourcing Program Manager to lead strategic responsible sourcing and human rights initiatives across HP’s value chain.

You will drive governance, program leadership, and cross-functional execution while representing HP with customers and external stakeholders. This role requires translating complex topics into practical business guidance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in public affairs, responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, supply chain due diligence, policy, regulatory strategy, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and improvement of due diligence across HP's supply chain.
• Design and manage programs to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs for effective implementation.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder projects from strategy to execution with clear operating models.
• Translate responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, and regulatory topics into business guidance for customers.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and communications for emerging risks and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer inquiries, audits, and escalations.
