Responsibilities

• Lead GC&G's resource planning and workforce management to optimize talent allocation and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee rotational and mentorship programs, participant selection, and program effectiveness measurement.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities to build capabilities across GC&G.
• Manage consulting contracts and vendor agreements with procurement, legal, and finance; lead vendor management activities.
• Coordinate annual planning and forecasting: MYC, MRP, budget tracking, and scenario planning.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into resource utilization for leadership decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and transparency.
• Lead special projects with planning, communication, execution, tracking, and risk mitigation.
