Pfizer is seeking a Director, Enterprise Resilience and Business Continuity Lead to drive the global BCM program within Pfizer’s enterprise resilience framework. You will partner with senior leaders to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen preparedness, and coordinate response and recovery across functions.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, implementing governance, and coordinating with regional security and risk offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years (7 with Master’s) experience leading BCM or enterprise resilience in a large multinational or consulting.
• Experience with global BCM, crisis management, disaster recovery, or related risk programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead Pfizer’s global Business Continuity Management program within the enterprise resilience framework.
• Maintain and improve BCM framework, tools, guidance, reporting, and governance processes.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across enterprise resilience pillars (loss prevention, emergency preparedness, crisis management, continuity, recovery).
• Plan, lead and implement enterprise-wide resilience training and exercises.
• Engage with business leaders and external groups to keep resilience methodologies current.
