Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.

• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of research methodologies and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program leadership for global research programs.
• Define, establish, and maintain global operational and company-wide research programs.
• Work with cross-functional partners and leadership to craft and facilitate research-driven product decisions.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered research tools and methodologies.
• Research operations & innovation: deploy intelligent tools for market scanning, secondary research, and trend analysis.
• Oversee development of an intelligent knowledge base for research insights.
• Manage research participant pools and vendor relationships.
• Drive on-time delivery of innovative solutions that delight customers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks through structured planning and monitoring.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding project status, resources, and priorities.
• Contribute to documentation including weekly reports, business reviews, and audits.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with UX researchers, data scientists, and tech teams.
