Qualifications

• Lead the stand up of a scalable, compliant research operating model.
• Own the pillar-level research strategy and agenda.
• Coach and grow a team of researchers embedded across pillars.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end operating model for research across EPD.
• Define tooling, procurement, and participant-sourcing standards.
• Lead the most strategic studies in the pillar and synthesize findings.
• Coach researchers and ensure cross-pillar collaboration to raise research quality.
