Job summary

Flowserve seeks a strategic, customer-focused Product Line Leader to own the global direction of Repairs and Services. You will shape 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategies, and work with regional teams, QRCs, service operations, engineering, and finance to deliver differentiated, profitable aftermarket offerings.

You will lead portfolio development, pricing, and deployment across global markets, with initial IC responsibility and potential to build a team over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience shaping multi-year product/service strategies.
• Strong commercial and financial analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy for Repairs and Services.
• Own development, lifecycle management, and deployment of offerings.
• Assess go-to-market approaches and improve portfolio positioning.
• Develop service solutions for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and industrial segments.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align capabilities and capacity.
• Lead market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build business cases and launches.
• Monitor bookings, revenue, margins, and adoption to drive growth.
