Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Line Leader to own the global direction of our Repairs and Services portfolio. You will shape 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategies for repair, maintenance, and aftermarket service offerings, driving differentiated value across global markets.

You will collaborate with regional commercial teams, QRCs, service operations, engineering, and finance to deploy offerings that improve customer experience, growth, and Flowserve's aftermarket position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in industrial aftermarket, repairs and services, MRO, field service, lifecycle solutions, product management, or commercial strategy.
• Experience developing, managing, commercializing, or positioning service-based offerings in an industrial/technical environment.
• Ability to develop and execute multi-year product/service/portfolio strategies across a cross-functional organization.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy for Repairs and Services offerings across all regions.
• Own the development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and global deployment of repair, maintenance, and service offerings.
• Assess current go-to-market approaches and improve portfolio positioning, customer value propositions, and commercial execution.
• Develop industry-specific service solutions for customer segments such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and general industrial.
• Partner with QRC and regional operations leaders to assess service capabilities, readiness, capacity, and consistency across the global network.
• Lead customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify unmet aftermarket needs and prioritize new service opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, operations, product management, and finance teams to build business cases, launch new offerings, and improve portfolio performance.
• Monitor bookings, revenue, margins, service adoption, and other portfolio measures to identify growth, pricing, and profitability opportunities.
