Job summary
The IMF seeks an experienced Facilities Officer (Residential Real Estate) to manage IMF staff relocations and the residential portfolio across overseas duty stations. You will coordinate market searches, due diligence, lease negotiations, and move-in/out activities, while ensuring compliant records and service-provider performance.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will handle occupancy preparation, approvals, and budgets, contributing to smooth transitions and risk-managed real estate
Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate transactions across jurisdictions.
- Strong ability to assess market conditions, rents, and occupancy costs.
- Experience coordinating with HR, legal, procurement, and field staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential real estate transactions from intake to occupancy.
- Lead lease negotiations, due diligence, and internal approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation for lease records and reporting.
- Manage service providers and performance across assignments.
- Support relocation processes and move-in/move-out activities.
