Job summary

The PPN Network Reliability engineer position is part of the Engineering Tech Center, with a focus on discipline stewardship and leadership of our Reliability program. This role leads key initiatives for sites globally, collaborating with major capital projects, and driving productivity improvements across Lilly's manufacturing assets.

It requires strong technical engineering fundamentals, cGMP experience in a regulated environment, and the ability to mentor others while coordinating cross-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5+ years in plant engineering, reliability or maintenance.
• Hands-on manufacturing in a regulated environment with cGMP.
• Proven leadership and cross-site influence; strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Global process owner for equipment, systems and processes reliability.
• Identify systemic improvements to cost, productivity and asset stewardship.
• Support sites globally and mentor engineers in reliability practices.
• Share knowledge and help develop engineering standards and best practices.
• Monitor external standards and ensure Lilly compliance; engage with external resources.
