Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across manufacturing sites and distribution centers within the global network. You will translate policy into site‑level actions, guide maintenance teams, and drive data‑driven improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering, CMMS expertise, and hands‑on RCFA and PM optimization experience. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies.
• Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management and PM planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using the ERA framework and perform criticality ranking, PM audits, and condition gap analyses across sites.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans using RCM principles and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound).
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries and asset maintenance tasks within CMMS.
