Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to guide global regulatory efforts across Enatel, Anderson Power, and IDEAL Electrical. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical guidance for Supply Chain, Quality, and leadership.

The role focuses on Prop 65, TSCA, REACH, RoHS, WEEE, and environmental data disclosures, with cross‑functional collaboration and a strong sustainability focus. Domestic travel to Sycamore, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in regulatory & compliance.
• 5–7 years of regulatory or environmental compliance experience.
• Experience with U.S. regulatory requirements (Prop 65, TSCA).
• Global regulatory understanding: EU/UK, Canada/Asia; remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance efforts across assigned divisions, ensuring U.S. and international regulation compliance.
• Monitor and communicate new laws, regulations, and guidance on compliance, chemicals, environmental and sustainability.
• Serve as SME on product-related regulatory requirements including Prop 65, TSCA, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and others.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality to gather supplier compliance documentation and test reports.
• Support divisions in responding to customer requests on environmental compliance and sustainability data.
• Assist Corporate Responsibility in carbon footprint, GHG emissions data, and supply chain disclosures.
