Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to lead regulatory intelligence and strategic advocacy across global markets. You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to identify regulatory risks and opportunities for a broad portfolio.

Ideal candidates have broad regulatory experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and familiarity with REACH, TSCA, and related regimes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level scientific degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or regulatory strategy.
• Experience supporting global chemical/product portfolios is preferred.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulations (REACH, TSCA, CLP/GHS, UK REACH).

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Identify regulatory risks and opportunities with long-term implications.
• Engage with trade associations, industry committees, and external groups.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to support innovation and product development.
• Translate complex regulations into actionable business guidance.
