Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, regulatory affairs, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulatory project management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to build PM frameworks and drive regulatory advertising and promotion compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project and knowledge management software; MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint; regulatory platforms like Veeva.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and institutionalize regulatory PM frameworks and practices.
• Provide strategic oversight of GRA-AP projects and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Coordinate communication among regulatory affairs, project teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Track progress, materials, and deliverables; resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Lead regulatory project meetings; document minutes and update portals.
• Perform administrative functions to support teams and department operations.
• Assume additional duties as assigned.
