Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global regulatory projects across international markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking tools.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Clinical, Operations to coordinate activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resource constraints, and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and assign ownership for deliverables.
• Track project status and communicate metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate inputs to support financial budget cycle activities and project decisions.
