Qualifications

• 8+ years for Director in regulatory policy, regulatory strategy, drug development, or related work.
• Strong ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience working across regions and functions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as policy partner to therapeutic area and asset teams and influence strategy early.
• Identify regulatory policy developments and translate them into asset implications.
• Develop integrated policy strategies with objectives, decision points, and risks.
• Advise on regulatory pilots, novel pathways, and cross-regional acceptability.
• Coordinate regional input and lead external engagement with oversight.
• Identify barriers and connect them to Global R&D Policy.
• Capture outcomes and, at Senior Director level, coach colleagues and lead cross-asset initiatives.
