You will lead policy across therapeutic areas, regulatory leads, and product teams, aligning asset policy with portfolio milestones, risk, and enterprise impact, and driving external engagement and advocacy when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading regulatory policy initiatives.
• Deep expertise in global drug development and policy.
• Translate complex regulatory issues into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Experience working across regions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operating model, priorities, standards, and performance of Global Regulatory Asset Policy.
• Provide senior policy leadership to therapeutic areas, regulatory leads, strategists, and product teams on asset and portfolio issues.
• Deploy asset policy expertise according to portfolio needs, development milestones, risk, and enterprise impact.
• Ensure US expertise while building EU and global capability aligned to portfolio needs.
• Connect asset challenges with regulatory precedent, intelligence, legislation, pilots, and external engagement opportunities.
• Partner with regional policy leads to reflect local health authority expectations in asset strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Global R&D Policy to integrate asset policy with enterprise policy actions.
• Establish intake, prioritization, assignment, quality, impact measurement, and closure standards; coach the team.
