Job summary

Lancer Worldwide, a Hoshizaki Company, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Engineer in San Antonio, TX. You will drive regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle for beverage dispensers, coordinating certifications and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, legal, and operations to ensure safe, compliant products for global markets and support changes via ECRs/ECOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management in food/beverage equipment.
• Knowledge of NSF, UL, IEC, EC 1935/2004 regulations.
• Experience with ISO 9001/ISO 14001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet NSF/UL and other regulatory requirements for markets.
• Coordinate certification activities, documentation, testing, audits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and certifications.
• Lead regulatory changes and communicate requirements to teams.
• Support product changes through ECRs/ECOs.
• Review labeling, manuals, and marketing materials for compliance.
