Job summary

Crocs Inc. is seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Compliance) to lead global regulatory strategy and build scalable compliance frameworks that support growth. You will partner with business teams, manage product compliance programs, and advise on labeling across markets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in regulatory law for consumer goods, including footwear, with U.S. bar admission and strong cross-functional leadership. This role blends in-person collaboration with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory/compliance law experience for consumer goods.
• 2+ years in-house experience preferred.
• Bar admission in at least one US state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory and compliance strategy for the business.
• Manage product compliance programs and testing protocols.
• Advise on labeling, packaging, and country-of-origin requirements.
• Monitor evolving global regulations related to footwear and accessories.
• Coordinate supplier compliance programs and audits.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal spend.
• Mentor colleagues and drive scalable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide governance models.
