Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support international regulatory compliance and market access for food supplements. You will evaluate formulations, labeling, and claims, prepare country-specific regulatory documentation, and collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure timely product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs or a related scientific discipline.
• Ability to research, interpret and apply international legislation and regulatory guidance to support decisions.
• Ability to evaluate food supplement formulations, ingredients, labeling, and claims against regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Ability to prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers and registration files with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate formulations for compliance with regulatory requirements in international markets.
• Research and interpret applicable legislation, guidance documents, and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide regulatory guidance on ingredients, product claims, labeling requirements, and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate impacts to internal teams.
• Prepare regulatory dossiers and country-specific documentation for product registrations and market access.
• Support labeling updates resulting from regulatory changes.
• Manage multiple regulatory projects and collaborate with internal teams and regulators.
